Who We Are

Engineers and Manufacturers with a Core Competence in Injection Molding

Many of our clients have grown impatient because of the delays associated with hearing a lot of “I don’t know. I’ll get back to you.”  We develop plastics engineers into accountable general managers who manage our clients’ complex programs from design to manufacture.  Rather than hiring separate account managers and project managers, we cross-train our plastics engineers to be accountable general managers.  They serve as that single point of contact who manages complex, technical programs from design through manufacture.

A Heritage of Precision and Quality

Gerd Nagler classically trained as a Master Toolmaker in Germany before immigrating to the US in 1962. After a series of entrepreneurial successes in precision moldmaking, custom injection molding, and contract manufacturing, he founded Natech Plastics in 1998. He passed along his appreciation for precision and craftsmanship to the second-generation leadership team, led by Gerd’s eldest son, Tom Nagler.

They collaborate with and support their colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

Continual Learning

People are often surprised by the investment we make in developing our people. We build process improvers who solve clients’ problems with fewer resources in less time by exposing our engineers to high levels of responsibility across disciplines: Applications Engineering, Program Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, and Quality Engineering. The team provides support to new colleagues as they adjust to the pressures and accelerated pace of learning.
