Product Spotlight: Blister Package
Blister packaging and assembly is a common choice for pharmaceutical and medical device clients. Custom and stock blister and sealing solutions can be completed in-house at Natech Plastics. Utilizing our team of experts and quality systems, you receive an assembled product at reduced cost and increased speed.
With this application, the product initially utilized a Tyvek pouch. However, when the end-user found this package design difficult to open, our engineers redesigned it with a thermoformed blister. The full medical device assembly goes inside this thermoformed package with a Tyvek lid. Natech aims to design for optimal user-experience.
Product Spotlight: Extraction Tube
Metered-dose custom Extraction Tube Natech’s IVD clients have struggled to find a reliable supplier for extraction tubes. To overcome this challenge, Natech’s engineering and manufacturing teams developed a custom extraction tube. This extraction tube is able to be manufactured, filled, sealed, and packaged at Natech Plastics. You can customize this product to fit your diagnostics testing needs.
Natech designs and manufactures packaging with the end-user in mind so consumers are satisfied with your product.
Our engineers have years of experience in Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) and have used this process to design products for large-scale manufacture. With DFMA, we have reduced components, removed assembly operations, and lowered product manufacturing risks for the packaging industry.
Out of a sea of options, Natech aims to find the best packaging choice for you, so you can experience a more efficient, cost-effective and reliable product launch.
