A Heritage of Precision and Craftsmanship
During a period when American manufacturers have struggled to survive, Natech has averaged annual growth rate in the double digits since inception. The company is guided by the founder, Gerd Nagler’s philosophy of building talented engineers into adept general managers and reinvesting in equipment.
1998 – Gerd starts Natech Plastics, Inc. with a career built on German precision and craftsmanship. As a classically trained, master toolmaker, he believes the highest quality molds form the foundation to producing quality parts.
1999 – Natech begins operations with only four injection molding presses. Over the coming years, to keep up with the growing demand in production the company will have to install a new injection molding press on average every 9 months.
2000 – Gerd’s eldest son, Tom Nagler, joins Natech.
2002 – The first Vice President of Quality joins Natech.
2003 – Natech achieves ISO 9001:2000 certification. Since then the Natech Quality System has maintained a 99.7% external acceptance rate.
2004 – Tom Nagler becomes President of Natech.
2006 – Natech adds its 10th Injection Molding Press.
