Custom Injection Molds

The Natech Plastics engineers are masters of steel insert configuration for injection molds. All Natech molds are manufactured domestically using both traditional and contemporary mold making techniques. Class 104 to 101 molds are constructed from Hardened Steel, P20, and sometimes Aluminum, supported by Mold Flow Analysis, Cooling Analysis, Deflection Analysis, and Finite Element Analysis.
